Boost at Home is a licensed Personal Services Agency providing non-medical attendant care in the home — help with bathing, dressing, meals, mobility, errands, and getting to appointments.
We serve private-pay clients and families throughout Indiana, and we work directly with workers' compensation carriers, personal injury firms, and case managers who need care placed for a client at home.

Which Services Do We Provide?
Referrals & Billing
- We accept referrals directly from personal injury firms, workers' compensation carriers, TPAs, and nurse case managers.
- Workers' compensation is billed directly to the carrier or TPA for your convenience.
- All other referrals are handled as private pay.
How Care Is Paid For
- Workers' compensation | Billed directly to the carrier or TPA
- Personal injury / auto | Private pay — families may pursue med-pay or PIP reimbursement independently
- Long-term care insurance | Verified per policy before care begins
- Private pay | Billing: Direct billing to the client or family
We do not accept settlement-deferred billing (letters of protection) at this time.
For Nurse Case Managers
We complete vendor set-up paperwork on request and work within your TPA's process, so placement doesn't stall on our end. Care begins once the service plan is signed and carrier authorization is confirmed.
How to Refer
Call 463-777-2855 or email drew@boostathome.org with the client's name, location, and a brief description of need. We'll respond the same business day and schedule an in-home assessment.
